This antique French Louis XV style chest of drawers features beautiful veneer-front drawers, three of which open using the brass bail-pull hardware with the top drawer using a key pull (key included). The drawers are crafted with dove-tail construction and operate smoothly. The top is covered with a beautiful deep chocolate-crimson marble with gray and cream veining. The sides have a large checkerboard pattern veneer while the drawers have herringbone patterning. The front feet also feature decorative carvings and there is a beautifully curved apron at the base.

Measures 39.5" W x 21.25" D x 32.5" H. Very light surface wear present on this otherwise very nice condition chest. The marble top also features channels at the front and sides, as you would often find on a piece used as a wash basin (shown). Paper lining the drawers is not permanent and can be easily removed. Two pieces (top and chest) for easy transport.
